Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Long Term Care experience.

Experience with MatrixCare is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Minnesota license

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience: Candidate must start medical portion of compliance within 48 hours of accepted offer, or 24 hours for a quick start.

Required Credentials: Education: Associate Degree or Certificate.

Shift & Scheduling: 8hr & 12hr Variable PM/NOC shifts (must be flexible). GSA: 36-48; minimum of 36 hours, maximum of 48 hours. On Call/Call Back Requirements: None. Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend, every other holiday.

Floating Requirements: Will be required to float to Gundersen Harmony (25mi apart) as needed.
