Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Physical Therapy experience within the past 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Additional Details:

Eligibility as Previous/Current Employee: If you are working Per Diem at a Kindred facility you need to wait 6 months after your last shift to apply as a traveler. If you are a Full Time Employee with a Kindred facility you need to wait 12 months to apply as a traveler.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience in inpatient rehab preferred. PT experience in an inpatient setting highly preferred; acute/rehabilitation hospital experience preferred

Required Credentials: Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelors or Doctorate). Mercy Cover Sheet Required

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Hours: Every Weekend Preferred
