Travel Nurse (RN) - Operating Room

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only).

Required Skills/Experience: -Special requirements: Proficient in circulating ortho (total joints/trauma), general, neuro, vascular, ENT, OB/GYN (including C/S), plastics. Robotics (DaVinci) preferred. EHR: Epic; No first-time travelers. Travel experience and EPIC are hard-stop requirements; 7a-530p primarily, possibility for 11a-730p (will receive advanced notice if switching) -Required Skills: Plastics, Abdominoplasty, Neurology, Anterior cervical fusion, Laminectomy/discectomy, XLIF (Extreme Lateral Interbody Fusion), General Surgery, Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Colon resection, Hernia repair inguinal/umbilical, Laparoscopic assisted procedures, Mastectomy, Thyroidectomy partial/total, Gynecology, C-sections, Laparoscopic assisted gynecological procedures, Urology, Cystoscopy, Robotics, Da Vinci Xi Surgical System, Mako Surgical System, Work Settings, General OR, Equipment/ Instrumentation/Supplies, Hana Table, Orthopedic, Open reduction of fractures, Total joint replacement, Pedi Ear/Nose/Throat, Tonsillectomy/adenoids, Professional Knowledge and Skills, Universal Protocol (Time out) Procedure

Shift & Scheduling: start times 7am or 11am PST to meet dept needs -Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30) -Day 4x10-Hour (11:00 - 19:30) -Are weekends required? Yes On-call only
