Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
36 months of Long Term Care experience is required, with some of it within the last 6 months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
IV Therapy Certification (Preferred)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Certifications are required to be included at time of submission. Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license from any point in the past.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend

Required Skills / Experience: 3+ year **current experience (within 6 months); non negotiable

Must be willing to float

Preferred Skills / Experience: Rural/small facility experience

Special Requirements: Candidates must have their own form of transportation as this facility is located in an area where Uber and public transportation are not readily available.

Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. RTO requests after upload will not be approved.

Traveler must be willing to work Christmas-New Year Day Block, (If Needed/Scheduled). RTO during these holidays will not be approved.
