Additional Details:

Inpatient Pharmacist

Can submit with a block scheduling request - The facility will always try and honor, but never guarantee.

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 72 biweekly

Shifts: Wed – Tues 7 on 7 off, Weeknights 830pm-630pm, Weekends 7:00 pm- 0700 am

Weekends: Every other in the rotation

Holidays: Every other rotation

Required Education: Doctorate of Pharmacy preferred

Minimum 1 years of inpatient hospital experience preferred

Night shift does cover multiple hospital orders through out the organization

Inpatient and Outpatient Surgery, Med/Surg, OB/GYN, ICU, outpatient oncology, ED

Scrub Colors: Hospital scrubs provided
