References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Scheduling: Expected to work every other weekend, every other holiday where applicable.

Block booking and Schedule patterns are based on department needs.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Home health care experience.

Required Credentials: A legible copy of a valid/current US Driver’s license or US ID card.

Special Requests: Provides own transportation.

Shift & Scheduling: Expected to take night and weekend calls, and make home visits and/or work in office during the evening, night, weekend and/or holiday hours as required.
