Requirements
Experience
18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 18 months of Dialysis Unit experience.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

Required Skills/Experience:
- Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to PRIOR to having ever traveled.
- Minimum of 18 months recent Dialysis experience.
- Must have 18 months perm Dialysis PRIOR to travel.
Required Credentials: PBDS Assessment is waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled.
Special Requests:
- All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission.
Shift & Scheduling: 7am-730pm; 830a9pm; On call rotation and every other weekend
