Additional Details:

Will be required to obtain a PALS once they work at Curry for 6 months including extensions.

Sunday-Tuesday plus every other Wednesday 1800-0630.

On call required.

Traveler will be working the Brookings location with possible float to Gold Beach.

Curry OR has a strict compliance deadline of two weeks before start. A full compliance profile would be due 6/27 for a 7/14 start.

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license from any point in the past.
