Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience.

ASN completion required

Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

Additional Details:

Previous Employment Requirements: Cannot have worked perm/travel/PRN for any Beth Israel facility within the past six months.

Required Skills/Experience: 2-5 years of ICU experience required. Trauma level I Facility Experience is preferred but may consider candidates who are experienced in Trauma level II settings.

Required Credentials: Tele test will be administered on first day and it will be pass/fail. Fail could result in assignment termination.

Shift & Scheduling: Rotation 4-week blocks 7a-7p then 7p-7a - 36 hrs/week (every other weekend).

Floating Requirements: Will float as needed to ICU and PCU.

Special Requests: References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty. BILH Cover Sheet Required
