Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Nurse Management experience is required.

BSN completion required

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling: Days/Eves/Nights Rotate and EOW and EOH. No Block Scheduling for any Travelers at Salem.

Required Skills/Experience: Responsible for notifying Administrator-On-Call of serious issues, incidents, and internal and external disasters. Must be able to read Tele Strips, perform Cardiac Drips, titrate meds. 3+ years of advanced Med/Surg Tele experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Critical care nursing experience.

Required Credentials: BLS must be AHA, ARC, CHSF or Military.
