Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
Shift & Scheduling: 6-1430 or 1400-2230 Monday through Friday with call. Weeknight/Call Requirement: Gen OR 4-5 nights/ CVOR 5-10 weeknights per 6 weeks CVOR call up to 50% of the time. Weekend/Call Requirement: Gen OR 5- 12 hour shifts/CV 2 weekends per 6 wk. Up to 50% of the time. Holiday/Call Requirement: 2-3 12 hour shifts per year. Call divided up equally with staff in same role. Travelers will take call after 1-2 weeks there.
Required Skills/Experience: Total joints, general surg, spine, uro, CV for Open Heart team - skillset to work OR and CVOR required
Unit/Facility Details: Cases per day: 20-30
Floating Requirements: May be floated to other departments to assist with delivering food trays, sitting with patients, etc. It is very rare for a traveler to float. Will not be floated to other procedural areas such as Pre op/ PACU.
Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
