Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Previous perm staff must be gone for 2 years before they are eligible to return in a traveler capacity. No exceptions.

Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.

If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.

Roles requiring a state licensure only: Cannot have any licensure hits

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Rotating call required- up to 7 days per 4-week schedule.

Holiday/Call Requirement : Rotational

Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Diagnostic left and right heart caths, PCI, IABP, Temporary pacemaker

Experience: Prior Cath Lab or Rad Tech experience.

First time traveler okay with good experience.

Floating Requirements: No- if extra hours wanted, there are units they can go to if they have experience.

Scrub Color/Dress Code: Surgical attire- provided.
