Requirements

Experience

36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Emergency Department experience within the past 4 years.

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Required Skills/Experience: Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.

Unit and facility details: Ratios 1 to 4 unless ICU patient would be 1 to 2.

Shift & Scheduling:

Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week schedule - Weekends are Friday/Saturday for Nights.
Holidays 1 major & 1 minor.
Call - if put on stand by/call, traveler must report within 30 mins.

Floating Requirements: Floating could happen between the 2 facilities to the ER. If floated prior to shift, would get a 2 hour notice prior start. Mid-shift floating could happen. The facilities are only 6.5 miles apart. First to float.
