Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

36 months of Nurse Management experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is required from last 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a California license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Required:

Must have a minimum of 3+ years of Management/Leadership experience

Leadership experience is required

Must have 5+ years of experience working in behavioral health

Must have experience working in a locked psychiatric unit

Must have Management of assaultive behavior experience in the past
