Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

36 months of Intermediate Care Unit experience is required from last 3 months.

ADN completion required

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Observation Unit / Inpatient - Required

Guaranteed Hours: 48

Shit: Variable Day / Night

On-Call Policy: None

Weekend: Every Other

Holiday: Every Other

Float to all inpatient units as needed

Will have to take an EKG exam during compliance

Background in observation units, or step-down MS/Tele units.

Ability to read and interpret strips - Required

Observation unit. Anemia, Cellulitis, COPD, CHF, Dehydration, pre -op, Urology and GI, Drips

Dress Code: Scrubs - Any Color
