Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

24 months of Emergency Department experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

An interview may not be available prior to offer.

Weekend Requirement: every other

Holidays: work into perm staff rotation

Holiday RTO will be considered, however not guaranteed

Call: one day per month, if it is your call teams turn it could be 2 days per month, when call schedule comes out you have 3 days to sign up before you are just assigned to call

Beds: 28 beds, 4 fast track, 2 trauma bays, and hallway beds

Common diagnosis / Types of patients: 155 patients per day, trauma, stroke, peds, psych, etc.

Telemetry, L/D, Emergency and Critical Care RN's will take a proctored Dysrhythmia Test onsite, day one. This is a PASS/FAIL test.

Additional Notes: want candidates with level II trauma experience or above, candidates must have experience working in an ER that is high volume and high acuity
