Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.
3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a New York license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
ACLS (Required)

Shift & Scheduling:

Weekends: Every Other

Holidays: Rotating

Types of Patients on Unit:

Respiratory failure, sepsis, closed head injuries, multi system organ disfunction, endocrine disorders, complex traumas, surgical complications, include some of our top DRGs.

Required Skills/Experience:

Must be competent in the care of medical and surgical populations, and advanced hemodynamics including pressor usage per our titration protocols

Antihypertensive drips, sedative and narcan drips, thrombo-embolytics, a line, cvp, EVD, ortho traction, infection prevention protocols. HFNC, BiPap/Cpap, and oxypendent.
