Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
12 months of Occupational Therapy experience is required from last 12 months.
Experience with CPSI is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License

BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Additional Details:
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license from any point in the past.
Monday – Friday.
We do have swing bed in our hospital so they would need to be able to be at the hospital for that.
Must graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
Myofascial experience is preferred.
