Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Must have at least 12 months of Physical Therapy experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Additional Details:

Physical Therapist (Outpatient Pelvic health PT.)

Required Skills/Experience: Pelvic Health experience is required and must be stated in work history

Provide gait training, functional mobility, therapeutic exercises, and oxygen titration

Recommend post-acute care related to therapy needs

Preferred Skills/Experience: Outpatient care experience

Required Credentials: Minimum Education: Bachelor's in Rehabilitation Therapy

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Provide physical therapy to patients referred for pelvic health related issues: such as incontinence, constipation, pregnancy related back or pelvic pain, post partum

Types of Patients on Unit: Evaluate and treat adult patients in medical, surgical, and intermediate care units

Special Requests: No RTO allowed during first 2 weeks of assignment

Shift & Scheduling: Monday – Friday
