Experience

12 months of Hospice experience is required from last 2 years.

Shift: 35-40 weekly guarantee.

Weekend and On Call Requirements: As needed.

For this Hospice RN position, Walla Walla expects an experienced RN that comes with hospice case management experience to manage a case load of 15 patients, 4-5 visits per day depending on area and acuity level of patient, complete charting same day.

RN must be willing to perform all service level nursing (routine, GIP, continuous, and respite), must be willing to perform admission, SIA and death visits.

Hospice case management experience required.

Acute/Med Surg experience preferred.

Profile Requirements: 4 year work history, if applicable.
