Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

21 months of RN First Assist experience is required from last 3 months.

Experience with Paper/Non-electronic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours 40

Shifts & Scheduling: start at 07:00 or 07:30.

Suites: 10 OR and one procedure room.

Common Cases: 65% Ortho. Orthoscopy work. Plastics, ENT and some general surgery. Only neuro would be a disc surgery. No robots. No urology/vascular/ GYN/Eyes.

Experience: 2 years of OR experience. Prefer ortho experience. Closing incisions and assisting surgeon.

Scrubbing required: Yes.

Scrub Color/Dress Code: Provided. Can wear a cap if laundered properly. On implant cases, must have a disposable over their own cap.
