24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Labor & Delivery/PP

Guaranteed hours: 36

July 14th or 21 Start Date ONLY

Ratios: 1:1 close to delivery, 1:2 otherwise, 1:4 couplets on postpartum

Weekend Requirement: 4 shifts in a 4 week period

Holidays: 1 Major, 1 Minor. Major RN holidays: Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Yrs. Major Tech holidays: Christmas and New Years

Scrub Color: Provided

C-section experience required: Yes- scrub, recovery, and circulate experience required for L&D

Floating: PP-no unless NICU background for feeder/grower, L&D to postpartum. Typically don't work interchangably; First to float

Floor specific orientation: 3 Shifts

Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Deliver down to 23 wks, some high risk- Antepartum, HTN , plan to tx out if known cardiac abnormality. Have perinatology support
