Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 10 months of Nurse Management experience.

Experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

Additional Details:

Nursing Admin Supervisor RN house supervisor to oversee bed management, patient flow, staffing and resource nurse for staff.

Previous Employment Requirements: Must be separated for 6 months from BILH health system if previously worked perm, per diem or travel.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have nursing supervisor experience.

Floating Requirements: will require floating between Anna Jaques and Beverly, Friday and Saturday at Anna Jaques and Beverly will be a flexible 3rd shift
