Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Occupational Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Please be expected to float between Avista, Longmont, St. Anthony North, St. Anthony, and Ortho CO as this is a requirement for Centura Health. Floating may be required to any CommonSpirit location within sixty (60) miles of the original assignment location or CommonSpirit-identified “float zone”. Float assignments may include duties outside of original assignment job requirements (including skill set) in accordance with CommonSpirit policy.

Weekends required

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy

Experience: 1+ Year of Acute Care experience required

Master's Degree- Preferred

Inpatient OT experience required. Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit preferred.
