No time off requests during the first week of the contract.
Mon-Fri 5x8 hr shifts or 4x10 Traveler must also work 3 late shifts in a 6 week scheduling period. The regular shift would be 8-430, and the late shifts would be 1030-7pm, or when the last patient leaves.
The schedule is either 4/10s 0800-1830 or 5/8s 0800-1630. They will be required to work 3 late shifts, which is 0830 – 1900, or when the last patient is done in every 6-week self-scheduling period.
They must have at least 1 year of experience as an Oncology Infusion nurse and be ONS chemo/bio certified.
RTO should be included at the time of submission (will be approved by unit manager on WOC; no other guaranteed time off. No time off will be granted during the first of week of the traveler’s assignment), SSN, DOB, address, phone, and email. Please also make sure to address the traveler’s shift availability upfront.
Candidates will float within scope if needed.
Return Staff Policy: 6 month gap to be considered as a traveler.
