Preferred Skills/Experience: Ventilator Management, Endovascular Interventions, Scrub Procedures, Thoracic Aortography, PICC Lines - Care and Maintenance, Cardiac Implant Closure Device, Impella insertion, Scrub Procedures, Tilt Table Study, Hybrid OR, Interventional Radiology, Pre Post Procedure, Nephrostomy, Thoracentesis.

Required Credentials:

• Flouro Permit; Willing to consider candidates with pending Fluoro permits. They must have already applied for the permit at time of submission.

• RCIS only is not acceptable.

• BLS / ACLS: Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation only.

• Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Unit/Facility Details:

• Parking Cost: Free parking on first day, assignment parking to be given during orientation.

• Housing: Please have your traveler look into housing options in the area, as options may be limited.

• Proof of Identification: Drivers License/State ID and Social Security Card

• All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

• References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. References can include Charge RNs / Leads.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekend Requirement: Every Other / Every Third

• With on-call requirements.

• Pre-Approved Time Off: 1 Request

Floating Requirements: Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals near by. Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby your contracted facility. Traveler's refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.

Details:

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
