Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Psychiatric Unit experience.
BSN completion preferred
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Michigan license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
Flu vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Required Credentials: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Will be trained on de-escalation. Will be crossed trained in Psych Assessment Services.
Shift & Scheduling: The schedule needs are as follows: 1 RN: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday 2 RNs: (opposite of each other) Sunday, Thursday, Friday. Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday.
