Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 12 months.
Experience with Epic is required from last 12 months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)

Driver's license required

Additional Details:
Required skills and experience: Must have 1 year experience in skilled home health care including wound care and teaching. Adult Home Health
Required credentials: Valid drivers license and clean driving record. BLS must be AHA, ARC, Military & American Safety & Health Institute. Online CPR NOT Acceptable.
Unit and facility details: The RN will see 6 patients per day.
