Unit/Facility Details: Ratios: LDR 1:1 active delivery, 1:2 labor. Antecare 1:4. RN follows patient to OR/PACU. RNs to Circulate and Recover in PACU.
Shift & Scheduling: 2 weekends per month, 2 out of 4 major holidays. Holidays: Work into rotation.
Floating Requirements: ER float positions will require floating between different ER satellite locations in the area. A home base facility will try to be established, however this may not be the facility the clinician is regularly at. A schedule will be made in advance, so clinicians is aware of what location they'll be reporting to. Floating: Everywhere in OB arena.
