Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Speech-Language Pathology experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a license

CCC-SLP (Required)

Home Health SLP - Required

Orientation: 12 Hours; 2 weeks

Shift: 8a-5p M-F or 8a-6p M-Th

Coverage Area: South King - Burien, Tukwila, Kent, Federal Way) and Pierce County (Tacoma, Lakewood, Puyallup)

4 - 5 patients per day

Patient Types: CVA, ALS, MS, Variety levels of Dementia

Background in rehab SNF is helpful if not have HH

Dysphagia/Swallow assessment Cognitive and Aphasia care - Required
