Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children’s prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season.

This assignment will float between our three campuses Main, 1919 East Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ 85016 Avondale, 1665 North Avondale Boulevard, Avondale, AZ 85392 Arrowhead, 19007 N. 67th Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85308

With every other weekend required.

Orientation and/or Training will be held at the Main Campus.

Education Requirements: Successful completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapist Program.

Experience Requirements: Two (2) years’ experience as a licensed respiratory therapist. Minimum of two (2) year pediatric critical care experience (Critical Care and Emergency/Trauma strongly preferred). Level III or IV NICU experience strongly preferred.

American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) membership preferred.
