Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Operating Room experience.

Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Montana license or compact license

Previous Employment Requirements: Return Staff Policy: 1 Year

Required Skills/Experience: Must be predominantly 3/4 in Neuro skillsets

Must be very strong in Ortho, all neuro(spine and head), General, Trauma with the ability to do or be able to do cases independently in the other services such as Uro, Gyn, GYN-Onc, ENT,robotics, etc.

They would need to be strong enough to step in as a Charge as needed and being the only nurse in house with call for back up.

Required Skills: Abdominoplasty, Breast augmentation, Free Flap - Microvascular, Mastectomy with tram flap reconstruction, Craniotomy, Laminectomy/discectomy, Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Colon resection, Hernia repair inguinal/umbilical, Laparoscopic assisted procedures, Arteriovenous fistula repair, Carotid Endarterectomy, Femoral popliteal bypass graft, Da Vinci Xi Surgical System, Eye trauma, General OR, Trauma, Scrub orthopedic surgeries

Preferred Skills/Experience: Community Hospital Experience

Types of Patients on Unit: Adolescents, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics

Shift & Scheduling: Rotating days off to meet unit needs

May be scheduled on weekends

Call Requirements: Roughly one weeknight per week and one weekend shift per month

Number of Weekend Shifts Per Contract: 1 per month

Pre-Approved Time Off: 2 Requests
