All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
Previous Employment Requirements: Permanent staff must be separated from Providence for a minimum of 3 months to return as a traveler.

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past., References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years
Types of Patients on Unit: Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics
Unit/Facility Details: 28 bed adult ICU, 9 bed PICU, 66 bed level 3 NICU, floor therapy. We are a level 2 trauma for adults and pediatrics. We also perform open heart surgeries on adults. We treat patients with all RT therapies to include NIV, high flow, nebulizers, CPT, nitric oxide, Flolan nebulizer to name a few. We have Draeger vents for adults, Servo-I for PICU and NICU. We also use 3100A and 3100B ventilators along with Jet ventilators in NICU. Parking Cost: Parking is free
