Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is required from last 6 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Step Down Unit experience.
Trauma Level 2 experience is required from any number of months
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license

BJC policy: Every other weekend required.

RNs only - Clinicians who obtained RN degree outside of the U.S. and do not hold MO/IL/Compact license require extended licensing and compliance timeframe.

Shift & Scheduling: For day shift it is every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday. For night shift it can be Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday -depends on who already is on rotation
