Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Roles requiring state licensure only: Cannot have any licensure hits.

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy and is expected to work every other weekend and Holidays in rotation with Hospital employees

Ratios: Therapists 7:1 for primary therapists supervision, Treating therapists 4-5:1 for daily schedule

Scheduling requirements: Thursday – Monday Schedule 8a-4:30pm or Sunday -Thursday schedule 8am-4:30p

Floating policy: will not float

Patient Experience requirements: Experience with Geriatric Acute Rehab

Requested Skill Set: Strong Professional therapists with Rehab experience to treat a variety of diagnosis

Must have Clinical knowledge of acute Rehab

Dress code: Navy Blue Scrubs
