Required skills and experience: Must be comfortable caring for pediatric patients. Must be comfortable mentoring or orientating new staff or other travelers. RNs required to titrate drips: Norepi, epi, vasopressin, diltizem, nitro, ontriotide, lido, precedex, profolol, roc, PCAs, amio, and more. Must be able to titrate all critical drips. Must be able to read and interpret tele appropriately.
Shift & schedule requirements: Up to every third weekend and up to every third holiday. May be ask to go into the Holiday Rotation. May be ask to go on-call for low census, call shift is unpaid if voluntarily taken.
Floating requirements: May be asked to float to MS or MS Peds assignment, assignment typically capped at 1:4.
