Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required from last 12 months.

24 months of Cardiac Transitional Care Unit experience is required from last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license

Additional Details:

No Block Scheduling requests Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility.

Cannot have an employment gap of more than 90 days (regardless of reason) in the past 12 months.

Equivalent of every other weekend (4 weekend shifts/4-week schedule)

Floating policy: other M/S areas: general MS, Ortho, PCU (Progressive Care Unit), M/S surgical w oncology. We rotate unless skill mix is needed.

Requested Skill Set: Cardiac knowledge preferred

Advanced skills needed: Knowledge of Heparin, Cardizem, Dobutamine, Dopamine, and Amiodarone drips

Dress Code: RN- Navy- ceil blue scrub set and jacket (if desired). May wear white, blue, grey, or black tshirt underneath if desired- no graphics.
