Required Credentials: All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years
Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs.

Shift & Scheduling:
On-call requirements: 1 low census shift/pay period
Weekends requirements: Every other or every third weekend

Floating Requirements:
AYA Healthcare professionals may be required to float to other units and facilities in order to meet the needs of PH&S.
Facilities: Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent
Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby your contracted facility.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request.
