Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Intensive Care Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Nevada license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
ACLS (Required)
PALS (Required)
NIHSS (Preferred)
Vaccinations
Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Required Skills/Experience: Must have ICU experience. Need experience in similar size facility
Preferred Skills/Experience: Prefer pediatric experience
Special Requests: Holiday Requirement: One major and minor per season.
Shift & Scheduling:
- 4-week blocks posted two weeks before start of the schedule.
- Weekend Requirement: 3 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule.
Floating Requirements: Med/Surg/ICU all one unit, may be helping hands to LTC, ER, and OB.
