Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Connecticut license or compact license

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Must have at least 2 years of recent ED and/or ICU nursing experience.
Special Requests: All RTO requests must be in the packet at the time of submission. Time off requests must be kept to a minimum during your assignment and must be approved prior to confirmation.
Shift & Scheduling: Rotating weekends and holidays.
Floating Requirements: Floating between ICU, Intermediate unit and ED, patient ratios vary for the different units and can be discussed at the time of interview.
