Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
36 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
CCC-SLP (Required)

Additional Details:
Weekend Rotation: no weekends
Floating Requirements: Float to all Rehab unit
Holiday requirements: as needed for unit coverage
Experience Required: experience level 1 trauma center with ICU, Tracs speaking valves and dysphasia treatments, large hospital experience
Certificates Required: MSIMP certification
