Requirements

Experience

36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Additional Details:

Will either do screening or diagnostic. Will not float between the two.

Shifts & Scheduling:

-Screening: 0730-4p, 8-430, 10 hours 7-530

-Diagnostic: 8 hour shifts, shifts vary from 0730-1600, 08-430, 830-5

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Weekend/Holiday/On Call: None

Must have done at least 1-2 contracts

Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties:

Screening: Standard screening- implant patients, patients with special needs-w/c, walkers, 4D mammograms

Diagnostic: Breasts scans and possibly procedures

Experience or 'Must have' skills: Must have 3-4 years of experience in mammography

Scrub Color: Any color of scrubs as long as clean and professional.

Indicate your availability in the next couple of days for the manager to do a 2nd interview.

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
