36 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours: 40

To Cover: Phlebotomy, General Lab (Hematology, Chemistry, Serology and Immunology), Blood Bank (ABO/RH, Antibody and Crossmatch), and Micro (Culture Set Up, ID & Sensitivity).

Needs to be a generalist

Phlebotomy only in house until 2100. Lab covers blood draws for the after hours and on some weekends.

Phlebotomy Experience - Preferred

Micro and Blood Bank (ID & Sensitivity of all types of samples) - Preferred

Scheduling:

Weekend: Typically 1 weekend per month

Holidays: Maybe asked to

No Call / Standby

Dress Code: Scrubs - Any Color; will provide lab coat

Orientation: 2-3 with a preceptor
