Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Electrophysiology experience.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Nurses Only - BMC does not have telemetry technicians. Candidates are required to take and pass an advanced Dysrhythmia exam after an offer is extended and before accepting. 3 attempts to pass. Passing score is an 80% or the minimum of the angoff score. Will accept a previously completed exam if it's within 1 year of start date. Will also take a tele test day 1 of orientation.

Prefer 1 reference from last travel assignment. Supervisor title not accepted.

Shift & Scheduling: 40hr, Monday-Friday, 10hr shifts (7a-5:30p), no we, no holidays.

Required Skills/Experience: Recent EP/ electrophysiology experience with Devices, EP Studies, Ablations, PVI

Required Credentials: Must be able to take and pass on site Telemetry exam with 85% or better

Unit Details: Provide nursing care for those patients requiring EP procedures: ablations, EP studies, cardio versions, cardiac device implants and explants, cryoablation, and all other EP procedures found at a level 1, academic teaching medical center.
