Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool experience is preferred with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

Additional Details:

Special Procedures/Unit Details: Will float to NICU, CV PICU, ED, stepdown, and MS as needed. Must be willing to comply with facility float expectations. Will be given an appropriate assignment in these areas.

First time travelers will be considered on a case by case basis. Typically unit wants first time travelers with more than 3 years of experience and Level 1 Trauma experience. To qualify for Auto Offer:

No Special scheduling Requests- Ie no block scheduling.

Teaching Hospital Experience: Preferred

Orientation Hours: 72

Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Pediatrics

Cannot have worked perm for Nationwide for at least 2 years

BLS, PALS - AHA Instructor, Provider, and RQI are acceptable
