Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Call Center / Telephone Triage experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with McKesson is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license

Shift: Monday to Friday; Saturday scheduling possible; 8a-12p

Weekend Requirements: Saturday's possible

Triage / Telephone experience (80% time spent on phone talking with patients).

All age group experience needed --- Pediatric experience required.

Knowledge and ability to communicate effectively with patients re; medication, medical history, diagnosis.

Critical Access Hospital experience preferred. Clinic or Medical Office experience.

Patient population: Adolescent-Geriatric

RTO after acceptance may not be accommodated by Facility.
