Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend Every other holiday No Call

**Floating Requirements:**Float required to Adult Med/Surg units - Traveler required to float to help CNA & Tech tasks as needed

Required Credentials: Cert: BSSR Attestation Proof of ID: Current Driver's License or Government issued photo ID required.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit:

Patient Diagnoses: Short anticipated length of stay - medical and surgical population
Special Procedures: Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR), utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required for this unit and all MMC Med Surg units Communication with AIDET, great customer service and phone etiquette is an expectation Also care for medical flex populations that can be cared for on any adult inpatient unit.
