Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Preferred 48 months of Bone Marrow Transplant Unit experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Connecticut license

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Coverage is required with time off during the week

Required Skills/Experience: Outpatient Oncology experience

Special Requests: No Block Scheduling.

Required Credentials: ONS/ONCC

Unit Details: Number of Bed 6, Daily Census 55

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Malignant Hematology Infusion and supportive services

Previous Employment Requirements: Return Staff Policy (must be gone 2 yrs to return as traveler)
