Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Must have at least 12 months of Physical Therapy experience.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

BLS (Required)

Shift & Scheduling: Schedule: Monday – Friday

Required Credentials: Education: Bachelor's in Rehabilitation Therapy

Required Skills/Experience: Pelvic Health experience and must be stated in work history.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Provide physical therapy to patients referred for pelvic health related issues: such as incontinence, constipation, pregnancy related back or pelvic pain, post partum

Special Requests: No RTO allowed during first 2 weeks of assignment.
