Additional Details:

RTO must be listed at time of submission. Post submission RTO will not be approved

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

X-Ray Tech

Shift: 3x10-Hour (22:00 - 08:00), 4x10-Hour (22:00 - 08:00)

Special requirements: This is a 7 on, 7 off night shift; Tuesday night through Wednesday night.

Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Block schedules are required.

On Call not required.

Teaching Hospital

Clinician to Patient Ratio - 1:1

Teaching Hospital Experience and Community Hospital Experience required.

BLS: Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation only.

Parking Cost: No Fee

Return Providence Staff must wait 3 months before submitting as traveler

References Required: 2 Supervisory References covering 1 year (6 months for CNA’s) within last 3 years during the compliance process and prior to start. Can include Charge RNs/Lead
